Williams & Wood have access to Process Servers and Enquiry Agents in all postcode areas throughout the UK. We offer a standby service to complete urgent instructions at short notice including out of business hours and weekends.

We understand the necessity for effecting accurate, timely service, ensuring you receive notification as soon as service has been completed. We are committed to every single instruction and will provide you with all the correct closing documentation including a certificate of service, statement or sworn affidavit.

We have a simple pricing structure so you know upfront what the fee will be based on the service you require. 

Most of our clients prefer to email their instructions, this has many benefits such as; 

• Secure transfer due to our end to end encryption on all electronic correspondence as per General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidance
• We are able to start processing your instruction as soon as we receive it
• More cost effective than collecting from source
• Enables everyone to have an efficient paper trail of events

We can provide a collection service from our client’s offices or even directly from Court.
